Ahh the Golden Hour also known as the Magic Hour, where all magical images takes place. It is the time where the light is so soft and flattering, you can even have your model face straight into the sun, its magic.

As we all know photographs are a two dimension representation of a three dimension world, having a sun which is very low in sky adds dimension to the scene, shadows are longer making the image look more interesting.

Since golden light is such a prime time, try to plan your shoots around it, check the internet and see what time will the sun set, schedule it and do some scouting for nice locations. When you do this your images will have more magic to them.
